This is the Superposthardbop 4tet, the band was born in
2018 in Rotterdam thanks to the composer and clarinet
player Massimiliano Dosoli. They offer a fine mix of old
school New Orleans jazz, obscure soundscapes and
elements of alternative rock, influenced by artists like Duke
Ellington, Jim Black, Pantera, Tom Waits and many others .
We have been selected for the semifinals of the Erasmus
Jazz prijs 2019 and during the summer we toured some of
the most important festival of Sardegna, specially “Cala
Gonone Jazz Festival” where we played before Omar Hakim
and Kurt Rosenwinkel.
